Q How can I get in touch with you?

A You can contact our colleagues in the organizing department and at the reception by e-mail, by phone, by fax or by Internet skype-phone.

Q Will I have language problems?

A No, you won’t have any language difficulties because our colleagues (receptionists, doctors and assistants) have a good command of several languages, e.g.: You can contact us in English, German, French and Hungarian.

Q What are the costs of my dental treatment?

A You can get a detailed treatment plan and quotation by e-mail, by fax or by post. You just have to send us a recent panoral x-ray, or the treatment plan of your own dentists at home. The costs vary according to the type and extent of the dental treatment, and the material used.

Q How much money can I save for dental treatments in Hungary?

A Dental treatments cost about 50-60% less of that in the other West-European countries. You can ask for our detailed pricelist.

Q Can I get about my treatment’s costs in advance?

A A lot of patients complain that they didn’t get correct information on incurring costs from most West-European doctors, and they have to face shocking amounts of their dental costs. This simply can’t happen here. Yes, we can send you our pricelist and make a dental quotation for you by e-mail, fax or post.

Q How can I pay in Hungary?

A Our clinic accepts credit cards and cash. You can pay in Euros, in British pounds, in Hungarian forints, Danish crowns and other foreign currencies, too. Traveller cheques are accepted by the Hungarian National Savings Bank OTP next to us.

Q Do I get a bill of the dental work done?

A Of course, after each dental work you will get a detailed invoice. When do I have to pay for my treatment? When starting the treatment you have to pay 50% in advance, then you have to pay the rest when it is finished, and you receive a detailed invoice.

Q Does the National Health Insurance Company of my own country pay for the dental work done in Hungary?

A Our invoices will generally be accepted by foreign health insurance companies. But we suggest that you should consult your health insurance company prior to a dental treatment in Hungary and bring along the documents required. We gladly will fill them in.

Q Does your clinic furnish guarantee?

A A guarantee will be granted for all dental restorations in form of a warranty-card. Find more information on our guarantee policy in the menu Guarantee.

Q How can I set an appointment?

A Just fill in the Online Appointment form. It is possible to get an appointment for the treatment at short notice. Normally you should reckon on 2 or 3 weeks time. In times of vacation, Christmas, Easter holiday and national holidays etc. you should expect further delays. So it is adviced to arrange appointments early enough.

Q Can you help me to organize my journey?

A Yes, we are pleased to give any assistance and information on tickets. You can either take the plane, the car, the bus or the train. You just have to buy your ticket through the Internet.

Q How can I get to the clinic?

A Our dental clinic offers a free transfer from and to the airport or railway station to your hotel. Next airports are in Vienna-Schwechat and Bratislava. Next railway stations are in Hegyeshalom or Mosonmagyaróvár. After arrival you are given a tourist information pack with a city map.

Q Can you book accommodation for me?

A We can book a hotel room for you at different price categories in easy reach to the clinic. You can choose between several hotels, B&Bs, apartments, campings etc.

Q Will I be bored during the treatment? What can I do during my stay in Hungary?

A No, on request we can offer you leisure time activities in our town or elsewhere. E.g.: Sightseeing in Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, Abbey of Pannonhalma etc. or wellness and beauty programmes (spa, cosmetic, manicure, pedicure, massage, hairstylist etc.) Find more in the menu Programmes.

Q Are other nations also interested in dental treatments in Hungary?

A We are an international clinic that expect not only patients from Hungary, but also from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, the UK, Nederland, Danmark, Sweden, Spain etc. Hundreds of thousands of west Europeans come to Hungary for medical treatment.

Q How long do I have to stay in Hungary?

A It depends on the extent of the dental treatment. You will get a time-plan together with the cost-estimate as well as further necessary information. You have to stay usually for a week, but some treatments may require more time. There are also some factors that cannot be foreseen which may influence your time-plan. E.g.: root canal treatment, inflammations, periodontitis or your medical condition etc.

Q What kind of materials are used in Hungary?

A In Hungary the same materials are used as in the UK or in Western Europe, Germany, Austria, Switzerland etc.
